How do I access my cloud Mac?
Connect with the remote access app listed under My Macs in your account, such as DeskIn, Screen Sharing or SSH. Your access details appear there as soon as your Mac is ready, and we email you when it is.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments through Stripe, PayPal, Bitcoin and USDT. All prices are in US dollars.
Why is there no monthly plan for M5 Pro and Mac Studio?
Mac mini M5 Pro, Mac Studio M5 Max and Mac Studio M5 Ultra are offered on 6-month and 12-month terms only. Mac mini M4 and M6 are also available month to month.
Can I get more memory or storage?
Listed prices are for the starting configuration of each machine. Contact us for higher memory or storage options.
Which Mac should I choose for running LLMs?
Model size is limited mostly by memory. Mac Studio M5 Ultra with 96GB suits large models. Mac Studio M5 Max with 36GB handles mid-size models, and the Mac mini line is a good fit for small models and inference APIs.
How long will it take to receive my Mac Mini or Mac Studio after payment made?
Your Mac Mini or Mac Studio will be provisioned and ready within 24 to 72 hours after your payment is confirmed. Once setup is complete, you will receive a notification email, and your remote access login details will be accessible under My Macs in your account dashboard.
What should I do if I haven't received my machine after 72 hours?
If your Mac Mini is not active after 72 hours, please check your spam or junk folder for the setup notification email. If you still cannot locate it or see your machine under "My Macs" in your account dashboard, please submit a message through our Contact Us page or email support with your Order ID / Invoice Number. Our team will prioritize your setup and respond promptly.
